The Youtube generation gets the last laugh, as The Hollywood Reporter reports that Chris Adams, Steve Kearney and RJ Cutler are planning a feature documentary about a real-life love story that played out on the popular video sharing site.
The film will document the romance of teenage video blogger Daniel Meadows, an Australian who fell in love with an American teen, Shannon Jones, online, where they documented their relationship. However, their plans to meet were thwarted by Homeland Security who detained Meadows on suspicion of terrorism on his travel to the US.
The trio plan on making a documentary using a combination of existing Youtube footage and added footage.
