Post number 3, Geoff K, is our winner — congratulations!!!
This is what you won Geoff and enjoy the movie:
If you ever wanted to understand politics in the United Kingdom, The Deal is a great education of how the Parliament works. Michael Sheen and David Morrissey take on the roles of Tony Blair and Gordon Brown.
Although the movie feels dry at times, it is, perhaps, the director’s way of creating the mood of government.
Synopsis
Tony Blair and Gordon Brown shared a tiny windowless office in the House of Commons in 1983, and a friendship grew out of similar political philosophies and ambitions. When the Labour Party suddenly needed a new leader they were the front-runners, and one of them had to stand aside. The two friends were faced with making a life altering decision, almost exclusively determining the future of British politics.
