I am very excited about bringing my daughter to see Where the Wild Things Are because it’s about being a kid and what is inside all of us — wild adventure. Every time I see Where the Wild Things Are footage,  like the teaser trailer or this featurette, I feel good inside.  Author Maurice Sendak says the movie is spiritual. I see that in the sense of a playful spirit.  We need more movies like that, especially, today in our animation craze, electronic world.  The movie opens October 13, 2009.  I will be the first in line.
