Having committed Felon, Ric Roman Waugh is now set to rewrite and direct Bobby Martinez for Participant Media.
The film is based on a true story, following the titular Mexican-American’s rise from life on the streets of Southern California to become a champion surfer and role model.
Waugh is set to rewrite a first draft by Robert Munic who is onboard as producer. He is joined by Bob Teitel and George Tillman.
