“The Life Before Her Eyes” Teaser Trailer & Poster

Magnolia Pictures has today released the teaser trailer and official poster for the upcoming film, “The Life Before Her Eyes”, starring Uma Thurman and Evan Rachel Wood. Directing the film, which opens in theaters on April 18, 2008, is Vadim Perelman (”House of Sand and Fog”).
“The Life Before Her Eyes” is based off the best-selling novel by Laura Kasischke, and is a dramatic thriller about Diana, a suburban housewife and mother who begins to question her seemingly perfect life on the 15th anniversary of a tragic high school shooting that took the life of her best friend. As we are treated to flashbacks, Diana is a vibrant high school student plotting cutting class and fantasizing about boys with her best pal, Maureen.
But in the present, Diana is haunted by the strained relationship that she had with her best friend in the time leading up to the shooting, and these memories begin to disrupt her idyllic suburban life, which she now spends with her professor husband Paul and their young daughter, Emma. As Diana’s life now begins to fall apart, the younger Diana gets closer to the fatal day and begins to unravel a deeper, disturbing mystery.
