Producers Franck Ribiere, Verane Frediani, Annette Wullems and actor Elijah Wood have teamed together to produce the creature feature The Home for Overlook Entertainment.
The film follows a young man who was almost killed during a horrible accident. It leaves him physically and emotionally scarred. To recuperate, he is taken to a secluded nursing home where the elderly residents appear to be suffering from delusions. However, after witnessing an attack, he realizes that the residents are being preyed upon by twisted, monstrous nightmares that lurk within the home itself.
Pre-production is getting underway next month in New Zealand, with filming to start in May. Weta Workshop is handling creature effects.
