The Craziesstars Timothy Olyphant, Radha Mitchell, Danielle Panabaker and Joe Anderson and opens in theaters February 28, 2010. 

The earlier posters seemed mild and lighthearted compared to this one, which is more scary and foreboding, and matches the last trailer. Yikes!
