From the producers of “Wedding Crashers” comes “The Comebacks,” a hilarious comedy that spoofs the best inspirational sports movies ever made. The movie will be released in theatres nationwide this coming Friday, October 19th. The film features stars such as David Koechner, best known for his role as “Champ” in Anchorman, and Carl Weathers.

The Comebacks is a story of Lambeau Fields (David Koechner), who is known as the unluckiest coach in the history of sports. After being forced into an early retirement, he’s given one last shot at greatness. Unfortunately, it’s not going to come easy because Fields is hired to coach a talentless and slightly deranged college football team (Matthew Lawrence, Robert Ri’chard, Noureen DeWulf, Martin Spanjers) with a laughable roster and an even worse record.
Armed with questionable morals, and weak players, Coach Fields vows to turn things around with this team of ragtag recruits and make the impossible happen – lead them to at least a single victory.
