ShowHype carries word that Will Sasso and Ian Ziering have signed on to star in a spoof of Greek gladiator and war moves in National Lampoon’s The Legend of Awesomest Maximus.
The two join Kristanna Loken, Tony Cox, Rip Torn and Sophie Monk.
The film will make fun of the likes of 300, Gladiator, Troy and more. The script was written by Jeff Burinescu; it is being directed by Jeff Kanew (Revenge of the Nerds).
