The man who had started it all will be appearing once again in Iron Man 2. Stan Lee, the creator of such legends as Spider-Man and Iron Man, will, as usual, appear in the upcoming Marvel film. He has been in every recent Marvel film till date.

He will be playing the famous Larry King in the sequel, interviewing Tony Stark on “Larry King Live”. He will be questioning Stark about his new, modified “black” Iron Man suit.

Lee will also be a hidden character in the upcoming game Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2, playing a senator.

The Iron Man sequel is due out next year.

THR reports that Douglas Cook and David Weisberg have been tapped to pen Nick Ratchet for Disney Pictures.

The film, a rather modern take on the Jekyll & Hyde theme of alternating personalities, tells the story of the struggle between a meek, ineffectual police offer and his online alter ego – a tough avatar cop named Nick Ratchet – who emerges from inside a video game to take over the guy’s life.

The original idea came from Stan Lee who is executive producing. Richard LaGravenese is attached to direct.
