Michelle Williams and Ryan Gosling are set to star together in Blue Valentine, an independent drama about a couple 
(Williams and Gosling) whose marriage is failing. They recall better days as their relationship takes a nose dive.
Filming has already started in New York and Pennsylvania.
Derek Cianfrance directs the drama written by Cami Delavigne and Joey Curtis.
Other cast members include Mike Vogel, John Doman and Maryann Plunkett.
Keeping tabs on the Green Lantern project, Latino Review reports that Warner Bros. is keen on having Oscar nominee Ryan Gosling to portray the titular hero.
Their reliable studio source notes that Gosling is indeed the one being sought, following rumors that the likes of Seth Green, Justin Long and David Boreanaz had been in the running for the role of Hal Jordan.
The film is being helmed by Greg Berlanti and is expected to be out in 2010.

Morgan will play a on the skids detective who tries to uncover the truth.
