It seems that Arrested Development movie is coming along nicely as word comes that comedian Martin Short will appear in the upcoming film version of the acclaimed sitcom.
Short dropped this fact casually while doing promotional interviews for his upcoming comedy tour in Australia. He played a former fitness guru named Uncle Jack in a second season episode of the series. It is not known if he will reprise the role or play a new one.
The comedian is also working on Off Your Meds, a comedy which follows a triple divorcee who remains in love with his significantly older first wife. He wants to shoot the film next year.
