Matt Czuchry, Jesse Bradford and Geoff Stults are set to star in a beer drinking theme movie called I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell.  The story comes from an adaptation of the bawdy best-selling memoir of “Tucker Max.”

Max found fame after launching TuckerMax.com in 2002, garnering millions of unique site visitors to read his short stories and a $300,000 advance for his alcohol-fueled memoir for Penguin Books.

The script is written by Max and Nils Parker as it follows his trip to a friend’s bachelor party, where he ensnares the groom in a lie that threatens the wedding, then abandons him to pursue further carnal knowledge. After being banned from the nuptials, Max attempts to get back into his friend’s good graces.

I wonder who Bradford is playing in the movie.

Jesse Bradford, Steven Weber, Bob Odenkirk and Edward Herrmann are joining the satirical comedy Son of Morning.

This story line is over the top a bit. Producer-star Joseph Cross plays an ad copywriter who returns home to mediate his parents’ divorce and after a series of environmental disasters is mistaken for Jesus Christ.

He becomes surrounded by people trying to capitalize on his fame, including a Hollywood agent (Bradford) and a lieutenant governor (Weber). Odenkirk plays his co-worker, and Herrmann plays his father figure and mentor.

Other cast members include Heather Graham, Lorraine Bracco, Jamie-Lynn Sigler and Stephen Root also star. That’s quite an ensemble.
