10868514_tml The Hollywood Reporter carries word that Jamie Chung and Jena Malone will replace Emma Stone and Evan Rachel Wood in Sucker Punch, Zack Snyder’s upcoming film.

Set during the ‘50s, the film tells the story of a girl confined in a mental institution by her evil stepfather, who plans on having her lobotomized in five days.

While she’s in there, the girl imagines an alternate reality to hide from the pain and begins planning her escape, needing to steal five objects to help her get out.

Chung will play Amber, a country girl with a big heart. Emily Browning, Vanessa Hudgens and Abbie Cornish also star.

Fisher, Chung Join Sorority

cfisher Carrie Fisher and Jamie Chung are set to join the cast of Sorority Row, an upcoming horror remake from Summit Entertainment.

Based off the 1983 horror movie The House on Sorority Row, the film tells the story of a group of sorority sisters trying to cover up the death of their house-sister after a prank gone wrong. Unsurprisingly, they begin to be stalked and killed by a serial killer.

Fisher is set to play the sorority’s house mother, with Chung playing one of the sisters who dies a sadistic death.

The pair join Audrina Patridge, Rumer Willis, Julian Morris, Leah Pipes, Margo Harshman and Brianna Evigan.

Shooting is set to begin early next month in Pittsburgh.
