My husband ran into a couple this evening that saw The Singing Revolution at the local theater. The couple raved about the movie and told my husband to tell everyone to see it.
Then, I realized I saw a screener of this some months ago. It is a great documentary. I do recommend it as well because the people of Estonia sang when they thought about revolution. That was their weapon to free themselves from decades of Soviet occupation. The Singing Revolution is an inspiring account of one nation’s dramatic rebirth. It is the story of humankind’s irrepressible drive for freedom and self-determination.
