We’ve all seen zombie movies shown from the perspective of human survivors. But how about watching one that showed the point of view of the zombies themselves?

Dark Hero Studios is planning such a zombie feature in the form of the adaptation of Gary Reed’s comic book Deadworld. The series depicted the usual zombie apocalypse but picks up months after the event, following King Zombie, a Harley-riding corpse who holds a grudge against the survivors who made him an outcast.

David Hayter, the guy who voices Snake in Metal Gear Solid games and adapted Watchmen, will write the screenplay, produce and conceive the design of the film.

Shooting is set to begin later this year.

Variety reports that Thomas Dekker (Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles) and Ray Stevenson (Rome) are in talks to join the cast of werewolf thriller Slaughter’s Road.

David Hayter, better known as Solid Snake’s voice actor, will make his directorial debut on the film, which begins production this summer.

Once Hayter wraps up work on this film, he will pen and direct Demonology for his newly formed studio Dark Hero.
