Uri Gellar, one of the world’s best-known paranormalists, and Criss Angel, a famous American magician, are on the hunt for the next Phenomenon in NBC’s latest television, Phenomenon. The show premiered last Wednesday, and will be shown again on Halloween (October 31st) in a special two-hour presentation.
Phenomenon is based off a wildly successful Israeli version of the show that was judged and monitored by Gellar. The show showcases 10 meticulously selected mentalists who compete against eachother live on air each week, as the are challenged to demonstrate a wide variety of mystifying talents.
Each week, Geller and Angel will judge the contests talents and offer their opinions. The final winner, however will be decided by the viewing audience at home, who will be given the opportunity to vote and decide which mentalist will receive the grand prize of $250,000.
So after you’ve finished passing out candy to the kiddies, settle in and catch the 2-hour special length episode of Phenomenon, which airs at 8pm ET.
