Scandalous! America’s Next Top Model Was Already a Model

Tyra Bank’s thought she could pull a fast one on us, but boy was she wrong. Saleisha Cooper, the 19-year-old winner of “America’s Next Top Model”, was revealed to be *gasp* already a model. Not only that, but she worked as a model for Tyra Banks herself.
According to E Online!, following Cooper’s win last night, the fans got digging, and pulled up some interesting information. Apparently, fans found footage of Saleisha walking the catwalk in an ANTM cycle-six fashion show, as well as appearing on the runway in an episode of The Tyra Banks Show.
Saleisha was also found to have appeared in a nationwide Wendy’s commercial in 2006, which is seemingly in violation of one of the America’s Next Top Models eligibility rules that states that contestants “must not have previous experience as a model in a national campaign within the last five years (including, but not limited to, appearances in television and print advertisements).
In light of all this, the only fair thing to do is redact her winning title, and crown the show’s runner-up as the real Next Top Model. But in all likelihood, they’ll probably just sit back, enjoy the extra attention from the scandal, and let it pass.
