Robinson Helms Cyrus’ Song

miley-cyrus The Hannah Montana star is getting ready to sing The Last Song, as Variety reports that Julie Anne Robinson (Weeds) will make her feature directing debut on the Miley Cyrus-led project.

Written by Nicolas Sparks, the film will see Cyrus play a rebellious teenager sent to spend the summer with her estranged father.

Adam Shankman and Jennifer Gibgot are onboard as producers. Shooting will start this June.
