From Screen Daily comes word that American Psycho director Mary Harron and producer Edward Pressman are re-teaming for Gothic horror film The Moth Diaries.
The film tells the story of an elite New England boarding school where a mysterious young girl arrives amid a spate of campus deaths. It is based on Rachel Klein’s cult novel.
Lily Cole and Scott Speedman are set to star in the film, with the latter playing a literature teacher who leads a class on Gothic fiction.
The screenplay was adapted by Harron herself. Filming is set to start this summer in Montreal.
