Penguins Still Dancing, Baby Jesus SadDecember 4th, 2006 in Box Office |
Dancing penguins who sound like Robin Williams are still inexplicably popular, with Happy Feet holding onto the number one spot at the box office for the third week in a row. James Bond continues to take cover behind the penguins - very secret agent-like - with Casino Royale holding on to the number two spot, and Deja Vu providing just that by holding onto third place.
The Nativity Story was a disaster. Costing $35 million and opening nationwide in 3,183 theaters the big budget school play took just $8 million. Ouch.
