Nicolas Cage Hoping for a “Ghost Rider” SequelDecember 27th, 2007 in Action, Book-to-Movie, Idle Speculation, Movie News |

Prior to “National Treasure: Book of Secrets”, Nicolas Cage had never made a sequel. But now that he’s done it once, it seems that he’s eager to try his hand at another sequel. This time, Cage is hoping to reprise the role of comic book superhero “Ghost Rider.”
“All they have to do is call. I would love to see that happen. That would be fun,” said Cage. However, he warned,  ”If I think there’s room to grow with the character and if you can make it better than the original, absolutely.”
The first “Ghost Rider” was considered by many to be a bit of a stinker, despite netting a cool $45 million in its opening weekend run, so making a sequel better might not be too hard of a feat.

definitely, there should be a freaking sequel!!!loved the movie even if it’s a flop, loved cage as always,i agree that a better story is needed, the first one is so lame, the new movie should have a greater nemesis, someone or something that can’t be dead or something that just won’t die easily.
