NBC Wants More of “Knight Rider”

I have personally seen the pilot episode of the new Knight Rider (2008 TV series) and there’s only one thing I wanna say - it Rocks!!! The car (KITT) was awesome and had me drooling all over for one. Well, I guess now, with this news, I’ll be drooling some more as NBC is ordering four more  scripts of the of the show from Universal Media Studios.

This new Knight Rider follows the 1982 TV series of the same title. The series stars Justin Bruening as Mike Traceur, the estranged son of Michael Knight, who in turn becomes the new Knight Rider. The series also stars Deanna Russo as Sarah Graiman, Traceur’s former girlfriend/current love interest. Sarah is daughter of Charles Graiman, played by Bruce Davison, creator of new generation KITT (Knight Industries Three Thousand), voiced by Val Kilmer.

    This show is terrible. I really hope you are joking when you say you love it. The pilot was a poor excuse for a tv show. This is by far the worst show on NBC, the only reason it’s a hit is because of its nostalgia factor. Vomit is all I have to say.

    That’s your own opinion. As for me, I liked it. The actors could use a little polish in their acting (specially the lead actor) but overall, it has a future.

    But for the record, I was drooling at the car - a Ford Shelby GT 500 KR Mustang - which by the way is my dream car! :)

    Well I will agree with you about the car. It is quite the beauty. It’s just sad to see Val Kilmer as voice for Kitt. Bring back Mr. Feeney. Haha
