Dave–two words. Night Breed. There’s plenty of reason to bash Clive Barker’s canon. And come on, have a heart–I I really don’t think I revealed all that many. Yes, I said the ending was something to watch for but I sure didn’t say why. Anyone who’s read or seen Clive Barker before already KNOWS he’s enamored with the whole “The cops are in on it” modality. And okay, I gave away the eyeball thing but that’s not a plot point, that’s a special effect! The only thing I really gave away was the whole bit with the CHUDs and that was necessary to make the link that it’s been done before. There’s still plenty of surprises I haven’t drawn back the curtain on–I’d list them, but then I’d just be giving them away.

Oh, hey, good job on basically revealing pretty much every single plot twist and surprise in the film (while simultaneously spending most of the review bashing Clive Barker’s canon). That said, agreed completely that MMT was pretty much fantastic.
