While Nicolas Cage is out blabbering about a possible Ghost Rider sequel, actress Eva Mendes believes that the film “had its moment” and that it doesn’t need a sequel.
Speaking to MTV, Mendes additionally said that while she hasn’t yet been approached to do a possible sequel, she might do it: “… but look, hey, if it’s Nicolas Cage again – I’ll do anything with him.”
Mendes recently worked on another project with Cage – Bad Lieutenant: Port of New Orleans. She plays Cage’s love interest in the film, adding that “there’s actually a very sweet love story between Nic’s character and mine, in a very warped and dark, dark world.”
