The Hollywood Reporter carries word that Mark Waters (The Spiderwick Chronicles) is in talks to direct Minimum Wage, an upcoming comedy for Participant Media.
The film tells the story of a corrupt corporate executive who is convicted of fraud and sentenced to a year living off minimum wage in the town his company bankrupted.
Written by Tegan West and Scott Atkinson, the film is being produced by Peter Abrams, Robert Levy and Andrew Panay.
