Madonna and Demi Throw Oscar Party

Madonna and Demi Moore are putting on one heck of a party for after the Oscar show. Variety reports the party is a “black-tie social vacuum†that’s being thrown together at the last minute.
If this becomes an annual event or just a filler for all the confusion from the writer’s strike, no one is saying. The party will take place in a home in the Westside hills, beginning around 9 p.m.
A few hundred people are invited with speculation the number will probably expand.
A person was quoted in Variety who said, “Everybody’s on it. It gives the A-list Vanity Fair crowd someplace to go to. It will probably be pared down to where it’s 85% talent, not a lot of suits.”Â
