August 14th, 2008 in Action, Book-to-Movie, Books, Writers

Severance Package Variety reports that Lionsgate has acquired Duane Swierczynski’s action comedy novel Severance Package.

The book told the story of a media relations director of a financial company who learns that the firm was a front for a covert intelligence agency that is being shut down immediately, with every manager scheduled to be terminated… literally.

It is being adapted by Brett Simon and the author himself, with Simon set to direct.
