Ice Cube found his star for his next movie Janky Promoters - Rapper Young Jeezy. This is Jeezy’s first film. Ice Cube is the film’s writer, actor and producer and filming has started.

The story centers on a hip-hop artist, Jeezy, with two shady concert promoters get in over their heads.

This is Ice Cube’s first screenplay since Friday After Next.

Jeezy is a multiplatinum rap star and is working on the release of his third album, “The Recession.”
