Japanese Horror Film Favorite Arrives On DVD February 19^th under The Weinstein Company and Genius Products’ Dimension Extreme Label.  “Nightmare Detective” weaves a hypnotic narrative that explores terror too sinister and imagery too shocking for the waking world.  Seeking to uncover the truth behind a series of apparent suicides, a young detective investigates a mysterious man who invades his victims’ dreams, convincing them to kill themselves in real life.  But when no one believes the terrible truth, the young detective pursues the killer into the dreams themselves, facing her own darkest fears.  Starring Ryuhei Matsuda (“9 Souls”), Shinya Tsukamoto (“Ichi the Killer”) and pop singer Hitomi, “Nightmare Detective” is directed by Tsukamoto (“Tetsuo,” “Hiroku the Goblin”).
