The Hollywood Reporter reports that Joseph Gordon-Levitt has joined the cast of Christopher Nolan’s sci-fi thriller Inception for Warner Bros.
No plot details on the film has been revealed as of yet, but according to notes it is set within “the architecture of the mind”.
Gordon-Levitt will play the role of an associate of the leading CEO-type character; he takes over from James Franco who dropped out due to scheduling issues.
Leonardo diCaprio will play the lead role, Marion Cotillard plays his wife and Ellen Page plays a grad student.
The film is due out next year.
