The story line is based on Stephen King’s characters. Hall plays a psychic that knows when someone is going to die by shaking their hand or touching something they own. I managed to catch the first episode of the final season the DVD of “The Dead Zone.” The series is plot driven with engaging characters.  Seeing it in wide-screen is cool;  plus, it’s commercial free.
