This may well be the top competitor for the single most baffling anime I’ve ever seen. I know from where I speak on this one, as I’ve actually seen the complete Panda Go Panda.

Found on Newgrounds, it’s called Girlchan In Paradise, Volume 1. I’d describe the plot, but I can’t for the life of me tell what it is.  At best, it can be described as an extremely clever parody of anime’s various conventions, including convoluted character relationships, special attacks that leave the user near-death with exhaustion, and nerds with swirly-lensed glasses who lust after girls with boobs as huge as their eyes that never, ever, stop bouncing.  And for those confused by that last, I mean either boobs or eyes.  Neither stop moving.

This sucker’s a laugh riot, plain and simple.  The cast is having clear problems with the script and can barely keep each other’s names straight.  There’s lots of -chans and -kuns and -samas added unnecessarily after everybody’s name, and it’s next to impossible to follow.  But at the same time, it’s funny. See if you don’t yell out “That explains NOTHING, you moron!” every time someone says “That explains everything!”.  You’ll have plenty of chances, too–it’ll happen a LOT.

I really can’t recommend this enough.  You WILL laugh yourself into insensate glee.  You MIGHT wet yourself.  I’m not responsible for that, by the way–you’ve been warned.
