If this production photo with Mel Gibson talking to a beaver puppet seems out of place and rather silly, then you are in agreement with the bulk of the Internet posts. However, I read the script review on The Beaver. The story sounds bizarrely inventive and funny. The movie has two very strong acts and a third that appears to fly by the seat of its pants but lands sanely to the ground.
The script will be directed by Jodie Foster who also stars in the movie as Gibson’s wife.
