I worked with Michael Moore on Academy Award winner “Bowling for Columbine.” What a pleasure to watch a documentary filmmaker at work!!

No surprises for me when I heard IDA awarding Moore career achievement award. Not his first with IDA either. Back in 1990 he won for is documentary “Roger and Me.”

Moore written, directed and produced 15 documentaries. Congratulations!!!

When I heard IDA president, Diane Estelle Vicari state “He is a role model for young documentary filmmakers,” true so true.

December 7 Moore will be at the Directors Guild.
