Borat Headed for Court…. Again
Yes, yet another lawsuit concerning a person who didn’t want to be in Borat… but was. This time, for those that have seen the movie, the unwilling driving instructor is throwing a $400,000 lawsuit at Twentieth Century Fox along with other organizations and persons involved with the film. Twentieth Century Fox has responded with the fact that under the 3rd Amendment, free speech protects films that are matters of interest to the public, hence Borat. The film has made over $300 million box office along with DVD sales and has been the subject of a lawsuit 4 times already. Leave a Reply |
