Prince Caspian actor Ben Barnes is set to take on the classic role of Dorian Gray based on Oscar Wilde’s iconic character. Barnes will not need his sword to play the character of the author’s novel, “The Picture of Dorian Gray.” This is a wonderful role to follow Prince Caspian. I look forward to seeing him as Gray.

Why “Picture” and not “Portrait” I wonder?
Hope they leave in the abundant opium usage from the book….

I don’t know why “Picture” in lieu of “Portrait.” The source is Hollywood Reporter. http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/hr/content_display/news/e3i7c5c16b2d6b9258e31f4f8eada83452e
