The next movie going through the Hollywood grinding machine that is called “remake” is An American Werewolf in London.
This comes from Bloody Disgusting who cite their “regular tipster” for the news. Apparently, writer/director John Landis has sold the remake rights to the film to Dimension Films. The studio is also responsible for getting the Hellraiser remake off the ground.
Released way back in 1981, the original followed two American tourists who are attacked by werewolves. However, none of the locals will admit that the werewolves exist.
Any guesses on just how bad the remake will be?
