Amelia is directed by Mira Nair and the trailer defines the director’s work. The movie is expected to be released Oct. 23, and not only stars Hilary Swank as the female aviator, but Richard Gere as Earhart’s husband, George Putnam, and Ewan McGregor as her lover Gene Vidal.
