Actors Eddie Murphy and Lindsay Lohan have both scored multiple nominations this week for the Razzies, an awards ceremony for the worst of Hollywood in the previous year.  Lohan’s flick “I Know Who Killed Me” led the pack with 9 Razzie nominations, including worst picture of 2007, while Murphy’s “Norbit” got 8 Razzies, with five going to Murphy alone.

Other nominees in the worst picture category were:  “Bratz”, “Daddy Day Camp”, and “I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry.”  Nominated for worst actors were Adam Sandler (”I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry”), Cuba Gooding Jr. (”Daddy Day Camp”), Nicolas Cage (”Ghost Rider”), and Jim Carrey (”The Number 23″).


Nominees for worst actress were:  Lindsay Lohan (”I Know Who Killed Me”), the four stars of “Bratz” - Logan Browing, Janel Parrish, Nathalia Ramos, & Skyler Shaye - who shared a nomination, Elisha Cuthbert (”Captivity”), and Diane Keaton (”Because I Said So”).  Jessica Alba got nominated for worst actress for three films - “Awake”, “Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer”, and “Good Luck Chuck”.

Up for the worst supporting actor are: Orlando Bloom (”Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End”), James & Rob Schneider (”I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry”),  and Jon Voight (”Bratz”, “National Treasure: Book of Secrets”, “September Dawn”, & “Transformers”).

Worst supporting actress nominees include: Carmen Electra (”Epic Movie”), Nicollette Sheridan (”Code Name: The Cleaner”), Julie Ormond (”I Know Who Killed Me”), and Jessica Biel (”I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry”).

The Razzies nominees are announced annually the day before the Oscar nominations are revealed.  Razzie winners will be announced on February 23, also the day before the Oscars.
