Jay Maynard, best known to the masses as The Tron Guy for his home baked neon tube–encrusted Tron outfit which featured a unitard, and a guy who really shouldn’t wear a unitard, is back. This time he’s documented his attempt to create a General Xinchub outfit from Howard Tayler’s web strip Schlock Mercenary.
