· This should go well. People are always reasonable about it when a teenager shoots people, and are not at all interested in flinging blame around to anything nearby in order to make themselves feel better.
· Fake drug Panexa's real merchandise at Cafepress yanked for infringing on a copyright that does not exist.
· Macromedia Flash is going to be used in the onboard touch screen for the new Jaguar XK. From the Jaguar website:

Heh. We look forward to the multiple deaths resulting from people taking 5 minute breaks from looking at the road to wrestle with sluggish animations where simple buttons should be, and giant pop-ups featuring Stewie from the Family Guy.
