We present a clip of local news footage in which Tom Sizemore pulls a highly amusing rubbery one in court, breaking down in sobs and begging for a second chance while receiving his sentence for a violation of his probation, a probation earned from his conviction of beating his then girlfriend Heidi Fleiss.

After the courtroom waterworks, Tom goes on to ass it up in the parking lot calling the proceedings a "victory for me" because he succeed in receiving 21 months, not the full 4 and half years in prison he could have been sentenced.

We're beginning to understand how Tom got pinched faking that drug test with the fake penis a few months back.. it was 5 feet 6 inches too short.
