Even if the name "Un Chien andalou" sounds to you like some sort of French dish with garlic buttered Yak testicles or whatever it is that they eat, you most likely know the images from Luis Buñuel and Salvador Dali's now 76 (!) year old surrealist shock piece. A serene woman is positioned into frame as a straight razor slices open her eyeball, ants escape from a wound, ....a nun trucks down the road on bicycle, badly. Desire, sex, death, and nuns on bicycles, all in one espresso shot of a film. Definitely check it out if the name is new to you, reacquaint with a pure moment of mind-twisting goodness if you're a fan.
