We're not entirely sure what is going on in this trailer, or what is going on in Screwed, the movie it is advertising, but we can tell you two things: it's a cult movie, and it's got cult people in it. On that we're absolutely certain. And not just regular cult people either, but the absolute most culty of the cult peoples.
Perhaps we can learn together - here is an interview with director Teruo Ishii, who is, and we're certain about this because the trailer was very clear on the matter, a cult figure.
