Ah, L'Amour, the 1995 never-intended-to-be-publicly-seen first effort from animator Don Hertzfeldt, in which stick figures lay out some of the pitfalls of trying to find a mate. About as bare bones as an student animation can get, featuring flip book style animation a soundtrack credited by Dan with a guitar and a boom box. Despite technical short comings, Ah, L'Amour holds up very well by being completely relatable. Unfortunately.
