In the past couple of months the O RLY owl meme has multiplied faster than the plaque in Rush Limbaugh's arteries, If you've seen it and not understood it instantly it's not all that deep: a photo of a white owl with its mouth open and head turned to the side has kind of a sarcastic look, and so was captioned with "O RLY", the later-day valley chick speak version of "rilly"- basically feigning interest with your disinterest none too hidden.
