Ido Fluk - Polar Bears
We'll let the description flow from the horse's mouth for this one:
"This work examines two seemingly different stories: the first about an oil company engineer who tells me about designing a big drill site in Siberia, the second about a young man’s desire for fame in the age of celebrity kings and queens. What common grounds do the white bears of Siberia have with the young New York, wannabe-famous artist? None, it seems. And yet both still co-exist within the same palette of experiences that define a modern western existence: Everyone wants to be famous these days, everyone wants to be rich: there aren’t enough Polar Bears in this world. There are too many ‘artists’."
A bit of a windy description, the clip speaks for itself and is pleasantly meditative in tone, well worth checking out.
