The ever-wacky Scottish SPCA envisions a children's school play as Christopher Walken might have written it to shock the kids into caring about large, fake donkeys. We're not quite sure if this PSA is meant to upset kids or what, but we've been to Scotland and a there a tire iron to the head can mean anything from "Hey, Mom, please quit that humming" to "Gosh, you're kind of pretty, can I have your number?" A clump of broccoli would have been more jarring to the national sensibilities.
