Watching this short spot for environmental activist group Greenpeace, we not only laughed our asses off, but we had a Spinal Tap "Shit Sandwich" moment, in which we exclaimed, aloud, to an otherwise empty room:

"Can they do this? They can't do this. Can they do this?"

They did that. Possibly not safe for work, but you'd really have to work either for Fox or Sesame street.

A new ad for the XBox in which two couples with overly competitive types square off in a restaurant next to their oblivious partners is noting earth shattering in concept, but we're suckers for Stooges-level physical sight gags.

Sex shop Coco de Mer's amusing "Really Dirty Sex" ad explains the root of absolutely everything, which is kind of hot until your mind inevitably wanders to, say, Karl Rove doin' it.
Safe for work until the pink logo comes up, then there's a sound file of a big girly orgasm for some reason.

By way of promoting the new Pauly Shore reality-ish show "Minding the Store", cable station TBS ask the question "can hot girls be funny?" with 14 clips of girls attempting both feats. Makes for a solid few minutes of amusement in both the kind and unkind and sense of the term. The answer to the question? Well, the girls seem to think so.

Ever wonder what that big dead ugly catfish someone has placed in front of you on a plate as if it were food a person might consider eating has to sing about? Wonder no more, thanks to the promotional Flash thingy at Iron Chef America's website. You can also hear the musical inner life of coconuts, pizza dough and clams. The catfish's tuneful yodeling reminds us of Carnie Wilson, but we'd just as soon not examine why.

Asian ad site 3Yen.com features a highly wacky commercial from Asics, in which they promote some new gunk they're puting in their shoes, evidently a parody of late evening Japanese TV shows. Feels like watching every old David Lee Roth video while on meth. That shoe splooge must be... something.

Olympus devil babies

An ad rejected by Olympus (presumably for giving them all weeks of bedwetting nightmares) has become... well, "viral" probably isn't correct.. hard to tell with such an abused (notably by us) term, but the ad is "popular with the kids", let's say.
